The invasion and metastasis of malignant tumour was a major difficulty to cancer treatment.In recent years,the emergence of small-molecule RNA(miRNA)will provide new ideas and approaches to study tumor invasion and metastasis,micro RNA(miRNA)was a kind of endogenous,conservative,stable short single-stranded non-coding RNA,to regulate the expression of target genes after transcription.The miRNA played an important role in the physiological and pathological processes such as body development,cell proliferation,apoptosis and tumor development,miR-10b as a member of the small family RNA has abnormal expression in the liver,breast,pancreatic,glioma,pituitary tumor,acute myeloid leukemia,has a close relation to tumor invasiveness and distant metastasis.
