骨桥蛋白（OPN）是一种分泌型、黏附性的磷酸化糖蛋白，广泛分布于体内多种组织和细胞内。OPN在多种恶性肿瘤组织的表达明显上调。脑胶质瘤是一种低分化瘤，恶性度高，外科手术和其他辅助治疗都无法达到生物学切除或杀灭，残余的肿瘤细胞极易复发。近年来，随着分子生物学的发展及对胶质瘤研究的深入，发现OPN与胶质瘤的发生发展有着十分密切的关系。
英文摘要：
Osteopontin（OPN） is a secreted and adhesive glycophesphoprotein,which is widespread in various tissues and cells. It is over-expressed in various malignant tumors. Glioma is a poorly differentiated malignant tumor which can not be excised or killed by surgery. In recent years, with the development of molecular biology and the progress of glioma research, it is found that the incidence and development of glioma are related to OPN.
