细胞工程作为科学研究的一种手段,已经渗入到生物工程的各个方面,已成为必不可少的配套技术。该文旨在培养学生掌握基本技术之后的创新能力,在实验内容的设计上,采用实验项目、理论教学与科研项目成果相结合的教学方式,增设综合性实验,加强实验技术和方法的结合,注重科研成果在教学中的应用,启迪学生的科学思维和创新意识。通过教学改革,学生能够自行设计改装生物反应器,并用于植物细胞的培养。
英文摘要：
Cell engineering,as a research technique,has been used in the every aspect of bioengineering. Cell engineering has been contributing to human being in agriculture,forestry,horticulture and medical sciences,etc. In order to cultivate innovation ability of students,some measures were adopted. The teaching contents combined experiment projects with theory teaching and research achievements. Some comprehensive experiments were introduced to inspire the scientific thinking and consciousness of innovation of students. As a result,students could design and adapt the bioreactors and use them in plant cell culturing.
