建立了将沥青面层整体动稳定度分解成各层材料动稳定度的方程,通过对大量沥青混合料和相应沥青面层整体开展的轮辙试验回归得到了方程的相关系数;利用这个分解方程,将设定的沥青面层整体动稳定度控制标准分解到沥青面层各层,得到了层位动稳定度控制标准和厚度的多个组合方案。分析结果表明,这个分解方程可以有效地统一沥青面层结构抗车辙性能和层位抗车辙性能;能够得到各层位动稳定度控制标准的多个组合方案,便于实现结构优选;所得到的各层位动稳定度控制标准综合考虑了沥青混合料所处层位和层厚,弥补了目前规范的不足。
An equation to decompose asphalt surface course's DS into each asphalt mixture layer's DS is established. The wheel tracking tests on asphalt mixture and the corresponding surface course are carried out and the results are regressed to determine the coefficients of the equation. Based on the equation,the asphalt surface course's DS controlling criterion is decomposed into each layer's DS controlling criterion,and various combination schemes of each layer's DS controlling criterion and thickness are obtained. The analytic result shows that( 1) the decomposition equation is an effective way to unify pavement surface's rutting resistance performance and layers' rutting resistance performance;( 2) it becomes possible to select optimum structure combination scheme from various combination schemes of layers' DS controlling criteria;( 3) The obtained layers' DS controlling criteria consider the layer location of the asphalt mixture and the layer thickness,which compensates the limitation of current specifications.
