多糖作为高效、低毒的抗病毒成分,具有广阔的药用前景,已成为抗病毒治疗的研究热点之一,其中抗HBV的研究更是重中之重.目前,已陆续从植物、动物、微生物等三大类生物中获得了大量结构新颖、作用独特的活性多糖,成为抗HBV治疗中新的药物资源,且某些产品已用于临床,疗效肯定.此文对近年来国内外关于多糖类化合物抗HBV作用的研究进展作了综述.
英文摘要：
Polysaccharides show promising future as antiviral drugs depending on its low toxicity and high efficacy characteristics,which become a research focus in antiviral therapy.In particular,the research of inhibition on HBV in the field is paid more attention.At present,a series of polysacchrides with novel structures and unique function have been isolated from categories of organism,which are potential choices for anti-hepatitis B virus drugs.Some products have been applied in clinics with satisfaction.In this paper,the research progress of anti-hepatitis B virus activity of polysacchrides is reviewed.
