目的研究黄粉虫蛋白对白色念珠菌模型小鼠特异性免疫的调节作用。方法将小鼠分为正常对照组、正常用药组、免疫抑制对照组、免疫抑制用药组四个组。处死后用ELISA法分别测定各组小鼠IFN-γ水平和IgG水平,用平板培养计数法各组小鼠内脏活菌数目。结果黄粉虫蛋白明显提高正常小鼠和免疫功能低下小鼠的IFN-γ水平和IgG水平,明显减少小鼠脏器中活菌数目。结论黄粉虫蛋白可增强白色念珠菌模型小鼠的特异性免疫功能,有效抑制白色念珠菌在小鼠脏器中的生长。
Objective To study the regulation effect of specific immunity of molitor protein in Candida albicans infected mice.Methods The mice were divided into normal control group,normal treatment group,immunosuppressive control group,and immunosuppressive treatment group.IFN-γ and IgG levels were measured by ELISA after death of mice.The number of viable bacteria in various organs was determineded by plate culture counting.Results Molitor protein significantly increased the levels of IFN-γ and IgG in normal and immunosuppressive mice.It also significantly reduced the number of viable bacteria in the organs of mice.Conclusion Molitor protein can enhance the specific immunity function of mice infected with Candida albicans and effectively suppress growth of Candida in organs of the mice.
