目的了解广州市妇女感染人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papillomavims,HPV)的型别分布情况,为宫颈癌的预防和疫苗的研制提供科学依据。方法由医生采集阴道分泌物标本,采用表面等离子谐振法进行基因分型,用Excel2003整理数据,SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果HPV感染阳性的检出率为18.8%(87/464),其中高、低危型的检出率分别为14.2%(66/464)与6.9%(32/464),高危型中主要为HPV18,51感染,低危型中主要为HPV44感染。18岁~33岁,34岁~49岁和〉50岁组HPV高危型检出率分别为12.2%,17.3%、和30.8%,差别没有统计学意义(X2=5.04,P=0.080)。低危型感染、多重感染等感染率各年龄组差别均没有统计学意义。结论HPV18、51是广州市高危型HPV感染的主要型别,HPV44是低危型HPV感染的主要感染型别,针对广州地区疫苗的开发应该关注HPV18、44、51等型别的感染。
Objective To find the distribution of human papillomavirus types in Guangzhou city, provide experimental basis for vaccine development and cervical cancer prevention. Methods The vaginal secretion specimens were sampled by doctors to detect the gene types by surface plasmon resonance method. Furthermore, Excel2003 was used to entry data and SPSSI7.0 was used to do statistical analysis. Results HPV - positive rate was 18.8% (87/464) , in which those of high - risk and low -risk types were 14.2% (66/464) and 6.9% (32/464) respectively. The main high -risk HPV types in the population were HPV18, HPV51 and HPV44. The high -risk HPV infeetion rates of population in the age group of 18 -33, 34 -49 and 〉 50 were 12.2%, 17.3% and 30.8% respectively, there were no statistic difference among the three group(X2 = 5.04, P = 0.080). Conclusion HPV18, HPV~, HPV51 were the main infection types in Guangzhou city, so the vaccine should be developed aiming at these types.
