以甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)为囊芯,密胺树脂为高分子囊壁材料,采用原位聚合法制备具有自修复功能的微胶囊.利用激光粒径分布仪、光学显微镜、微机差热天平和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分别研究了微胶囊的粒径分布、表面形态、热性能和化学结构.讨论了乳化剂用量、搅拌速度以及芯材与壁材的投料质量比对微胶囊制备工艺的影响.结果表明:所得微胶囊的平均粒径和包封率可以通过选择不同工艺参数得到控制,其包封率最高约80 wt%,平均粒径为40~80 m.
With n-butyl methacrylate(BMA) for the capsule core,melamine resin for polymer wall material,microcapsule with self-healing function was prepared by process of in situ polymerization.The diameter distribution,surface morphology,thermal properties and chemical structure of the microcapsules were investigated by means of laser particle size analyzer,optical microscope,microcomputer differential thermal balance and FT-IR,respectively.Meanwhile,the influence of emulsifying agent,stirring speed and the ratio of core material to wall material on the preparation of microcapsules were discussed.Results indicated that the highest loading of BMA in the resultant microcapsules could be about 80 wt% and average particle size of the capsules fell in the range of 40~80 €%em,which could be adjusted by changing processing parameters.
