From the collaborative manufacturing concept and organization operation perspectives, the adaptive manu- facturing mode was studied proceeding from the integraion of industrialization and informatization＇s demand. Through dividing the resource entities into independent capacity cells to make it informationized, a model based on invoking and order distribution of capability cell was put forward, which accomplished the distribution, invoking, optimization and collaborative operation among orders and capacity cells by means of a visual platform. Study and application to the concept of adaptive manufacturing would expand the research on advanced manufacturing mode in organization form of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, which had great guiding value to the innovation and practice of path and the way of Chinese integration of industrialization and informatization.
