针对现有服务型制造系统研究难以确定客户参与度的问题,借助服务蓝图中前台能够允许客户参与的优势,构造了基于服务蓝图的服务型制造系统分析框架,构建了改进TOPSIS的服务型制造系统可视分界线定位评价模型。算例分析结果显示:处于后台的服务性生产活动是支撑前台定制化服务提供的前提;前台定制化服务活动保障了供需双方的良好交互;产品通用化活动的后台化和服务定制化活动的前台化使得集成解决方案的提供更为有效。
To solve the problem of determining the level of customer participation in service-oriented manufacturing system,this paper takes the advantage of front office in service blueprint allowing the participation of customers,constructing the framework of service-oriented manufacturing system based on service blueprint,and giving the evaluation model of visual boundary position based on improved TOPSIS of service-oriented manufacturing system.The result of example analysis shows as follows:service production activities at back office are the premise to support the front office customized service supply;the front office customization service activities guarantee the better interaction between suppliers and demanders;placing product generalization activities into back office and positioning service customization activities into front office make the integrated solutions provision more effective.
