随着高职教育的深入发展,兼职教师在优化教师队伍结构/提升人才培养质量中起到了不可替代的作用。但是由于兼职教师没有受过正规训练,教育教学效果不太理想,因此,研究兼职教师的教学问题和管理方法,就成为当前我国高职教育发展面临的重要课题。本文对苏州地区若干高职院校的兼职教师教学能力和管理现状进行了实证研究,深入分析目前所存在的问题及原因,为改善高职院校兼职教师管理提出建议,为提升兼职教师的教学质量提供参考。

英文摘要：

With the further development of higher vocational education, part-time teachers played an irreplaceable role in optimizing the structure of teachers and improving the quality of personnel training. But the education teaching effect of part-time teachers is not ideal because they have no formal training. Research on the teaching problems and management methods of part-time teachers becomes an important subject in the development of higher vocational education in China. This paper carries on the empirical research on part-time teachers＇ teaching ability and the management present situation of higher vocational colleges in Suzhou. It analyses the existing problems and reasons to improve the management and to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.
