The characteristics of university teachers of Chinese medicine source determine the necessity of university teachers＇ specialization. 13rofessional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine need strong comprehension ability. The teachers need to develop the students＇ ability to comprehend. Both can be. enhanced through reflective practice. Through reflect the various elements in their teaching, clinical,think deeply about education teaching theory,to practice and learn the virtuous cycle.
