随着企业经营环境的变化,企业软实力对企业获得竞争优势的作用越来越大,国内学术界对企业软实力的研究也逐渐增多。文章在明确企业软实力概念内涵的基础上,概括出企业软实力结构的理论维度;然后,通过访谈、预试和大样本调查,采用两套独立样本分别进行了探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析、结构方程建模。结果表明,企业软实力是一个四维度的结构:企业策划力、企业执行力、企业管控力与企业创新力。所开发的企业软实力量表具有良好的信度、收敛效度与区别效度。准则效度的检验同时表明了企业软实力对企业绩效的影响显著。
With the changes in business environment, corporate soft power (CSP) plays a more and more important role for conlpanies to gain a competitive advantage, and domestic academic research on CSP has also gradually increased. Based on the definition and literature review of CSP, we summarized the tbeoretic dimensions of CSP structure. Then, we used two sets of independent samples to make exploratory factor analysis and confinnatory factor analysis as well as structural equation modeling respectively by interview, pre-test and big sample survey. The results show that CSP is a four-dimension structure: planning power, executing power, management control power and innovating power. The developed CSP scale has good reliability, con- vergent validity and discriminant validity. Moreover, the criterion validity test indicates that CSP has a significant impact on corporate performance.
