本文分别构建了产业结构合理化和高度化的测度指标，以典型资源型省份山西为例从合理化和高度化两方面分别进行测度，并运用分位数回归方法定量分析它们对经济增长的影响。研究发现，山西产业结构合理度不高且波动较大；产业结构高度化提升主要得益于第三产业劳动生产率的提高；产业结构合理化对经济增长的促进作用比较显著，而高度化对经济增长的推动作用并不显著；不论是合理化还是高度化对经济增长的影响都与经济增长速度有一定关系。
英文摘要：
This paper proposes the method of measuring rationalization and advancement of the industrial structure and calculates these two aspects of Shanxi province. Then the quantile regression method is applied to analyze the impact on economic growth. The results show that the rationalization of Shanxi province＇s industrial structure is volatile and not high. The advancement of Shanxi industrial＇s ari- sing due to the improvement of the third industry＇s productivity and share. Industrial structure＇s rationalization has an obvious promoting effect on economic growth while the effect of advancement is not significant. Not only the rationalization but the advancement has a rela- tionship with the speed of the economic growth.
