研究了受非稳态油膜力作用的非对称转子系统的碰摩特性。利用数值积分和Poincare映射方法对系统的碰摩运动进行数值模拟研究,得到了系统随转速变化发生碰摩的分岔特性.并与不考虑碰摩力时的分岔特性进行了比较.发现碰摩区的出现与临界转速和油膜力特性有关,揭示了碰摩对非稳态油膜力作用下的非对称转子系统特性的影响。同时可以看到。碰摩转子系统存在阵发性、拟周期和倍周期分岔三条通向混沌的道路。
The response of a impact-rubbing asymmetrical rotor with unsteady oil film force is analyzed in the paper. The bifurcation behavior of the impact-rubbing rotor system varying with the rotation speeds is obtained using numerical integration and Poincare mapping method. The numerical results are compared with that given without impact-rubbing. We found that the impact-rubblng regions are related with the critical rotation speed and the characteristic of the oil film. Moreover, it was found that there are three routes leading the response to chaos, intermittence to chaos, quasi-period to chaos and double period to chaos.
