基于人工热电偶法及自行设计的转轴信号变送器,建立了铣削温度试验系统;通过时刻转换、周期转换、热电偶冷端温度补偿、温度转换和曲线拟合等数据处理手段,得到了不同槽型铣刀片各个测温点的温度以及前刀面刀一屑接触区的平均温度与时间之间的试验方程式;编制了实验数据处理应用软件。试验结果证明:测试系统性能良好;并且波形刃铣刀片切削性能优于平前刀面铣刀片。研究成果为受热密度函数与温度场数学模型的建立打下基础。
Based on the method of artificial thermo-element and signal convertor of revolution the experimental system of milling temperature is founded. The temperature of the spots and the experimental equation of time and average temperature of the tool-chlp region are obtained by using time changing, cycle changing, temperature compensation of thermo-element cold-junction, temperature changing and curve fitting, and also conducted to make up the applied software of processing experimental data. The result proves that the capability of the test system is good, and the cutting capability of the waved-edge milling insert is superior to that of the fiat milling insert. The productions of the research offer the foundation for establishing the heated density function and the temperature field mathematical model.
