为研究某煤机公司开发的中厚煤层采煤机截割部的可靠性,采用MATLAB、PRO/E、ANSYS和ADAMS四款软件联合构建了该截割部刚柔耦合虚拟样机协同仿真平台,对整个系统施加载荷、添加约束、合理设置求解器后进行仿真实验。结果表明:截割部关键零部件在模拟的工况下存在着诸如摇臂壳体变形过大、两级行星部分动态同轴度误差超差以及惰轮轴轴承使用寿命过低等问题。依据仿真结果提出了改进措施及优化方案,为现有产品的改造以及提高采煤机截割部系统级性能提供了明确的量化依据。
A virtual,rigid-flexible-coupled prototyping co-simulation platform was established to estimate the reliability of the cutting unit of a shearer for medium-thick coal seam from a company.Simulating experiments were done after loads and constraints were added to the system and solver was set.Results showed that the key parts on the cutting unit had some defects under simulated working conditions,such as the large shell deformation,the out-of-tolerance of two planetary parts' coaxial errors and idle gear bearing's short useful life,etc.According to simulation results,improvement measures and optimization scheme are proposed.It provides specific quantification references for shearer cutting unit's reforms and improvement of its system performance.
