A novel method for the classifier of multidimensional data based on radar chart mapping and fuzzy rule reasoning is proposed. The method uses radar chart of multi-statistics to show multidimensional data, from which foregone category template is upbuih. With it, automatic classification is realized by applying fuzzy rules to recognize radar chart of unknown category and by eamparing it with the template. Based on the testing data of 132 compound oil samples, it is suggested that this classifier may accurately distinguish all compound oils from each other except for several illogical samples, and it shows better result of category and precision.
