Scientific evidence bears important function in the modern procedure, but the application of scientific evidence is defected in both the dynamic and the static state. There are many mistaken ideas in the knowledge of scientific evidence. We should set up the standard on admissibility for scientific evidence, examine scientific evidence value and reform our correlative systems.
