作为科学证据的一种，测谎结论以实验心理学、认知神经科学以及电子工程学等现代科学为基础而产生。但百余年来，围绕测谎结论的科学争议始终没有停止过。而在犯罪案件侦查等实践领域，心理测谎技术却遍地开花，这使得测谎结论是否具有可采性或者其采纳标准如何等问题，摆在了司法者的面前。文章在综合分析了心理测谎技术的科学基础，借鉴国内外测谎结论的应用现状后，对完善测谎结论在我国司法中的应用提出了一些建议。

英文摘要：

As one kind of scientific evidences, polygraph conclusion is based on experimental psychology, cognitive neuroscience, electronic engineering etc. However, there are so many scientific disputes around it during the past century. But in criminal investigation practice, lie detection technology is used so far and wide, what make the problems that whether polygraph conclusion is admissible and what is its criterion in the presence of judicial officials. So this article makes a comprehensive analysis on scientific base of lie detection technology, consults other nations＇ legislation, and offer some proposals to our judicial practice.
