采用检测电路与加热电路分时交替工作的方式,利用精密恒流源以电阻值测温度值。采用基于模糊切换的Bang-Bang控制、自适应模糊控制、微分先行PID控制相结合的分段复合控制策略,应用虚拟仪器技术,开发了PCR芯片智能温度控制系统。实验结果表明,此温度控制系统可对被控对象进行精确有效的控制,充分满足了使用要求。
Using one indirectly temperature measuring method calculating the temperature value according to the resistant measurement value through a precise constant current power by way of the measuring circuit and the heating circuit working in turns and one staged composite control strategy combining bang-bang, self-adaptive fuzzy and previous difference PID control based on fuzzy switching, an intelligent temperature control system for PCR chip is developed with the virtual instrument technology, which get good result in the test and meet the usage requirements enough by controlling the temperature of PCR chip precisely and efficiently.
