为保证黑岱沟露天煤矿采区转向期间及后期生产的连续和稳定,分析了采区之间配剥的必要性,并计算了最小配剥工程量。为达到以最小的投入快速渡过因采区转向引起的剥离高峰的目的,充分利用新旧设备更替的产能叠加效益和经济灵活的外委方式,提出了5个不同基准的配剥方案,并从投资成本、经济效益和生产组织等几个方面加以比选,得到最优配剥方案,编制了相应的配剥计划。
In order to ensure a continued and stabilized production in the mining block steering period and the late period in Haidaigou Surface Mine, the paper analyzed the necessity of the stripping distribution between the mining blocks and calculated the min stripping distribution engineering. In order to reach the target of the stripping peak caused by the mining block steering with a min investment and rapid passed over, the production capacity overlied benefit of the new and used equipment alternatively and the economic flexible contract method should be fully applied. There were five different standard stripping distribution plans provided. In a comparison from the investment cost, economic benefit, production organization and other aspects, a optimized stripping distribution plan was obtained and a relevant stripping distribution schedule was prepared.
