Anti-collision system is designed to solve the open-pit collision accident that caused heavy property losses and casualties. Refine physical quantity what need to collect on the basis of analyzing the requirements of anti-collision system. Anti-collision system is designed based on satellite positioning and angular motion calculation. The adaptability of the system is analyzed. System prospects were discussed from two aspects of technology advantage system and existing problems. The conclusion is that the system can adapt to large-scale and high-speed development trend of the current mining equipment and it can improve the level of safe production in mine.
