论文基于抛掷爆破弹道理论,以现场实测数据为基础,分析确定了有效抛掷率与倒堆台阶高度之间的关系。分析了拉斗铲作业参数对露天煤矿生产能力的影响,并结合倒堆台阶高度和有效抛掷率之间的关系,给出了抛掷爆破拉斗铲倒堆工艺条件下露天煤矿生产能力的计算公式。提出黑岱沟露天煤矿在设备作业参数不变的情况下,生产能力与倒堆台阶高度的二次函数有关,如果产量要求在33 Mt/a时,需调整倒堆台阶高度至37 m 以下,方能保证产量要求。
The relation between the effective casting rate and the stripping bench height is determined by analyzing the field measured data based on the traj ectory theory of casting blast. The influence of dragline working parameters on openGpit capacity is analyzed and the calculating formula of the openGpit capacity is also deduced by considering the relation of stripping bench height and the effective casting rate.The analysis result shows that in Heidaigou opencast coal mine,the capacity is related to the quadratic function of stripping bench height under the condiG tion of the constant equipment working parameters,and the stripping bench height should be reG duced to less than 37m when the required output is 33Mt/a.
