五林河流经五林矿首采区东部,穿首采区而过,是首采区终了到界的重要影响因素。为了保证首采区顺利到界及矿山生产安全,需要对五林矿包括五林河在内的首采区境界进行优化。综合分析了五林河对首采区的影响,结合矿山周围工程地质及地表构筑物,提出了将境界收缩避开河流和将河流改道至境界外的两种方案。对两种方案的技术经济分析表明:河流改道方案技术可行,能够增加560.93万元的经济效益,因此建议采用五林河改道方案。
Wulin River flows through the first mining area of Wulin Oil Shale Open Pit Mine.The mining operation and the slope safety of the first mining area will be seriously influenced by Wulin River.As a result,the boundary of the first mining area needs to be optimized.Impact of Wulin River on the first mining area was analyzed and two optimization schemes were put forward considering the engineering geology and the surface structure surrounding the mine.One is to reduce the mining boundary to keep away from Wulin River and another is to divert the river out of the boundary.The economic and technical analysis of the two schemes showed that the scheme for diverting the river was feasible and would bring in an additional 5.6093 million yuan RMB in economic benefit compared with the scheme for reducing mining boundary.Therefore,it is suggested to adopt the scheme for diverting Wulin River.
