肝细胞癌(HCC)患者总生存时间很短,目前尚无有效的二级预防和全身治疗。环氧化酶-2(COX-2)催化产生的前列腺素E2(PGE2)信号为HCC提供新的治疗具有重要的意义。本综述总结COX-2-PGE2-PGE2受体信号在HCC发生的机制,为有效的化学预防及新的治疗策略提供思路。
The overall survival of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma is very grim and currently no emcient secondary pre- vention or systemic treatments are available. The recently delin- eated COX-2-defived PGE2 signaling is expected to provide im- portant therapeutic implications. This review summarizes the re- cent advances in understanding the mechanisms for COX-2-PGE2- PGE2 receptor signaling in hepatocarcinogenesis. Understanding these mechanisms will facilitate the development of more effective chemopreventive and therapeutic strategies.
