Housing security system is an important content of housing policy of the market economy and is an important part of the urban social security system. Establishment and improvement of the urban housing security system is related to the healthy urbanization and building of harmonious society. The total actual demand to protective houses of urban residents has been calculated by building up model. The outcome of calculation indicates that the protective houses supply in the periods of the twelfth five-year＇planning can meet the actual demand.
