The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has held the Fifth Plenary Session of the Party＇s Eighteen, that passed the development of national economic and social development the thirteenth five-year planning proposals, which reiterated the on the establishment of a more equitable and sustainable social security system reform requirements. To promote the implementation of the pension reform institutions is one of the main work arrangement of thirteenth five-year period. At present, the reform of the pension insurance system is facing many difficulties and challenges, which mainly involving the reform of interest balance, fair value orientation, policy synergy innovation, financial pressure challenges, and it needs to put forward reform implentation details, follow up the relevant reform measures and promote the reform effectively.
