本文基于2012年辽宁省沈北新区306户农民家庭的问卷调查，利用Ordinal Logistic回归模型，实证分析农民对社会保障的满意度及其影响因素问题。结果表明：农民对农村社会保障的满意度偏低；年龄越小、健康状况越差的农民对农村社会保障满意度越高；新农保基础养老金保障水平越高、新农保个人账户缴费负担越轻及没有参加新农合的农民对农村社会保障满意度越高。在此基础上，本文提出了提高农民对农村社会保障的满意度的相关政策建议：建立新农保基础养老金指数化调整机制、重视和发现新农合运行中的突出问题、加大对新农保个人账户的宣传力度等。

英文摘要：

Based on 306 peasant families＇ questionnaire survey coming from Shen Bei new area in Liaoning province,this paper studies empirically peasants＇ degree of satisfaction of social security and its influencing factors using ordinal logistic regression model. The results reveal that peasants＇ satisfaction is low; Those peasants who are being of the feature of younger,the poorer health conditions are more pleased with it than others; those peasants who have the higher level of the fundamental annuities or the lighter burden of personal accounts of new rural social pension insurance system,or unparticipated in new ruralcooperative medical scheme are more pleased with it than others. On this basis,this paper propose some relevant suggestions on increasing peasants＇ degree of satisfaction of it： To establish dynamic adjustment mechanism of indexation of new rural social pension insurance system,pay more attention and find outstanding problems in operation of new rural cooperative medical scheme,and increase the propaganda of personal accounts of new rural social pension insurance system,etc.
