目的:通过对12例下颌骨缺损患者采用个性化钛下颌修复,评价了该方法的临床可用性,探讨了在设计及临床应用中应注意的问题。方法:采用RP—SL技术及快速反求技术完成原型设计,经真空离心铸造完成钛下颌骨制备,经常规手术完成植人。结果:12例患者术后均获得良好外形,下颌功能获得恢复。2例分别于术后6月、7月出现异常,与手术无直接关系。结论:基于RP—SL技术可以个体化恢复患者面下1/3形态及功能,具有良好的临床应用前景。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical applictation of rapid prototyping -stereolithography technique on 12 cases of mandibular defect patients who were treated with individual artifical titanium mandibular. Methods: To get the prototype with RP - SL technique and rapid reverse engineering, make the individual artifical titanium mandibular by vacuum centrifugal force casting, implant the individual artifical mandibular through routine operation. Results: All 12 patients obtained well face outline and their mandibular function reverted. 2 cases showed abormality in the sixth month and the seventh month, But it was not related to the operations. Conclusion: Individual reparation of mandibular based on RP - SL technique could revert low 1/3 face outline and its function . It will have a good future in clinical use .
