目的研制一种能在下颌骨节段性缺损修复中形成弧形骨的牵引器。方法手术造成山羊一侧下颌骨35mm的节段性缺失,采用全层骨切开术制备转移盘,安置自行设计的内置式弧形牵引器。延迟期7天,牵引速度为每天1mm,牵引频率为每天1次。固定期进行X线观察,至2月时处死取材,观察缺损修复情况。结果初步修复下颌骨节段性缺损,固定期2周时X光片可见带有弧度的新骨生成。结论该牵引器在下颌骨重建中达到了一定的效果,但仍有待改进。
Objective To develop a kind of internal curvilinear distraction device to creat an arc shape bone in the reconstruction of mandible defect. Method A 35 mm segmental defect in a goat was formed in the mandibular lateral position by operation, a transport bone was created by osteotomy, then the distractor was settled in. The transports of bone begin after a latenty period of 7 days at a rate of 1mn/d and a frequence of 1time/d. The regeneration of bone was evaluated radiographicany. The animal was sacrificed 2 months after the operation and its mandibile was harvested for observing the reconstruction results of the defect. Result New curvilinear bone formation was found in the second week of the consolidation phase. Conclusion The distractor plays a role in the reconstruction of mandibile, but it needs to be improved.
