利用"染色示踪法"对20株活立杨树干进行染色,通过解剖观察、量测、分析,研究了杨树树干的水分输导模式,结果发现:杨树水分输导能力最强的是树干最外侧的2个年轮,并且水分优先保证当年新生长部位的水分需求,枝条分枝部位下方导管中的水分会直接进入枝条中,侧下方导管中的水分则会绕过枝节沿树干继续上升。将水分输导模式理论应用于树干注液(药)技术中,可有效指导树木病虫害防治。
With 20 plants,we studied the water transport pattern in tree rings of Aspen with the straining tracer method. The capability of water transport was different among the rings of tree trunk,and the newly-formed rings in latest two years were more capable of transporting water. The water was transported into branch from vascular conduits below branch knot,the other vascular conduits transported water to other part of trunk. The theory of water transport patterns in tree rings was used for pest control in trunk injection technique.
