We evaluated 754 watermelon accessions preserved in the National Mid-term Genebank for Watermelon ＆ Melon, for their resistance to ZYMV using the method of mechanical inoculation at seedling stage. Four accessions were immune and one （PI299536） was resistant to ZYMV in our test. Among 5 accessions PI494530,PI595203 and PI299536 are from America, and 2013K12 and 2013K15 are from National Mid-term Genebank for Watermelon ＆ Melon.
