摘要:采用0.18μmCMOS工艺设计了一种符合ISO/IEC14443TypeB协议标准的非接触式智能卡ASK解调器。电路工作在电压模式,通过具有相同直流通路的低通滤波电路提取射频信号包络和基准电压,然后通过迟滞比较器与输出级还原出最终信号。解调器电路结构简单,对工艺敏感度低,支持高速率、浅调制深度的数据解调。仿真结果表明,输入信号幅度为4~8V,该解调器可以实现对数据速率为106,212,424和848kbit/s的NRZ(non-return—to-zero)编码的ASK调制信号的解调,其调制深度可达到1%~20%。
Based on 0. 18μm CMOS technology, a high speed ASK (amplitude shift keying) demodulator for contactless smart card compatible with International Standard ISO/IEC 14443 TYPE B was proposed. The circuit works in voltage mode, the RF signal envelope and the reference voltage are extracted through the low-pass filter with the same DC (direct current) channel, then the needed signal after hysteresis comparator and output stage is restored. The demodulator architecture is simple, less sensitive to process variation, and capable for high speed and little modulation index data demodulation. The simulation results show that the demodulator can operate at an input signal voltage from 4to 8 V, detect NRZ (non-return-to-zero) coding using ASK modulation at bit rates of 106, 212, 424 and 848 kbit/s. The range of ASK signal modulation depth can be achieved from 1% to 20%.
