目的 观察抗骨松汤对去卵巢后大鼠血清中胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)及子宫内膜的影响,探寻抗骨松汤防治绝经后骨质疏松症作用机制.方法 将7月龄Wistar雌性大鼠40只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、尼尔雌醇组和抗骨松汤4组,用去大鼠双侧卵巢复制绝经后骨质疏松症的模型,术后10周给予相应药物灌胃,12周后检测IGF-1和IL-1水平,测量子宫内膜厚度.结果 模型组IGF-1下降,IL-1上升;尼尔雌醇组和抗骨松汤IGF-1水平升高,IL-1水平降低,且与假手术组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).模型组子宫内膜萎缩变薄,尼尔雌醇组子宫内膜增厚,抗骨松汤组与假手术组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 抗骨松汤组能升高IGF-1,降低IL-1,避免对子宫内膜过度刺激.
Objective: To observe the effect of anti-osteoporosis decoction on insulin growth factor -1 (IGF-1), interleukin-1 (IL-1) in ovariectomized rat serum and on endometrium and investigate the mechanism of preven- tion and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods: 40 female Wistar rats of 7 months old were random- ly divided into sham operation group,model group,Neal female alcohol group and anti-osteoporosis decoction group. Ovariectomized rats were used to replicate the model of postmenopausal osteoporosis rats which were given corresponding drugs to fill the stomach 10 weeks after operation. IGF-1 and IL-1 were detected and the thickness of endometrium was measured 12 weeks later. Results: IGF-1 decreased while IL-1 increased in model group. IGF-1 increased while IL-1 decreased in Neal estradiol group and in anti- osteoporosis decoction. Compared with sham operation group,there was no statistical difference. Endometrial atrophy appeared in model group while en- dometrium thickened in Neal female alcohol group. Anti osteoporosis soup group and sham operation group had no statistical difference. Conclusion: Anti-osteoporosis decoction group could increase IGF-1 and reduce IL-1 and can prevent excessive stimulation on endometrium.
