针对食品专业实验室资源共享、实验室开放、信息交流等方面的现状和存在的问题进行了初步探讨,结合专业教学实际情况,提出食品专业实验室的开放与综合利用的思路,旨在提高食品专业实验室使用效能,使食品专业实验室在教学科研中更好地发挥作用。
The problems, such as resources sharing, opening, and exchanging of information, existing in professional laboratory at the present time were preliminary discussed. Based on the practical situation of teching in food specialty, the thoughts about laboratary of food specialty should reasonably make use of resources, including opening, communicating, and utilizing of resources, to guide the laboratory of food specialty to play a role in the teaching and research.
