对Fe-50%Ni合金进行50%冷剧烈变形处理,同时变形前后进行适当氢气保护热处理。利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射和软磁测量系统对不同处理方式软磁合金的组织结构和性能进行表征。结果发现,Fe-50%Ni合金软磁性能比较低,经过50%冷剧烈变形的合金磁滞回线圆润,磁性能有所下降,但经氢气保护热处理后可获得粗大的等轴状晶粒,磁滞同线变得修长,表现出优良的软磁性能。
In this article, it makes Fe-50%Ni alloy with 50% severe cold deformation, and proper heat treatment of hydrogen protection before and after deformation. By metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurement system, the organizational structure and performance of this magnetic alloy are characterized. The results show that the performance of the Fe-50% Ni magnetic alloys is low, and the hysteresis loop of cold deformation of alloy 50% violently is round. Magnetic property has be~n reduced. But after heat treatment by the hydrogen, it may obtain thick crystalline grains. Hysteresis loop becomes particularly slender, and displays the fine soft magnetism performance.
