内化跨国公司转移技术为我国制造业技术基础储备,已成为提升我国制造业绿色创新系统绿色创新绩效的重要手段。本文在考虑跨国公司技术溢出、绿色创新系统社会资本和绿色创新系统吸收能力的作用下,构建了跨国公司技术转移对我国制造业绿色创新系统绿色创新绩效影响机理的概念模型并提出了研究假设,进而运用结构方程模型进行了实证检验。研究结果表明：跨国公司技术转移对我国制造业绿色创新系统绿色创新绩效具有积极影响,而跨国公司技术溢出、绿色创新系统社会资本和绿色创新系统吸收能力在跨国公司技术转移对我国制造业绿色创新系统绿色创新绩效影响的过程中均产生了积极的作用,相比而言,跨国公司技术溢出的影响最为显著、其次为绿色创新系统社会资本、再次为绿色创新系统吸收能力。
英文摘要：
It has become an important means to promote the green innovation performance of green innovation system in chinese manufacturing industry, that to internalize the transfer technology of MNCs＇ as the foundation of China＇s manufacturing technology reserves. Considering the role of MNCs＇ technology spillovers, social capital of green innovation system, absorptive capacity of green innovation system, A conceptual model of MNCs＇ technology transfer impact on green innovation performance of manufacturing green innovation system was established, and puts forward the research hypothesis. Then,an empirical analysis is performed by SEM. The results indicate that MNCs＇ technology spillovers has positive effects on clean green innovation performance of manufacturing green innovation system. MNCs＇ technology spillovers, social capital of green innovation system, absorptive capacity of green innovation system play a positive role when MNCs technology spillovers impact on green innovation performance of manufacturing green innovation system. In contrast, the effects of MNCs＇ technology spillovers is the most significant, the second is social capital of green innovation system, the third is absorptive capacity of green innovation system.
