英文摘要：

The research on innovation of process greening, especially the innovation mechanism of process greening from a managerial perspective is scarce. In this paper, the mechanism of process greening innovation in manufac- turing enterprises is classified into motivation mechanism, coordination mechanism and diffusion mechanism based on the criteria of functional division. This paper analyzes the evolution causes for innovation mechanism of process greening in manufacturing enterprises based on the self-organization theory. Then the system dynamics is chosen as study method and a self-organization evolution model is established. It is considered that the cooperative action of sub-mechanisms maybe change the evolution direction of process greening innovation mechanism. And the evolution process can be divided into two periods： self-stability and self-reorganization. Lastly, a case about Haler is applied to analyze the components of process greening innovation mechanism, testifying that the evolution of process green- ing innovation mechanism of Haier is an outcome of cooperative action by all sub-mechanisms, as well as a kind of phase division of the evolution process.
