脑电癫痫特征波的自动提取对于患者的诊断以及减轻医生的繁重劳动都具有重要的意义。本研究提出了一种基于时频分析的癫痫脑电棘波检测方法。首先通过矩阵的奇异值分解方法得到效果更佳的脑电信号(EEG)的时频分布图,然后利用时频分布的差异测度方法达到对棘波的检测目的。在对临床癫痫脑电信号的实验中,该方法取得了较好的结果。
The automatic spike detection in EEG is significant in both diagnosing illness and alleviating the working load of doctors. This paper proposes a new method based on time frequency analysis to detect spikes automatically. First,the singular value decomposition (SVD) was used to get a better time frequency plane, then time frequency divergence measurement was applied to complete spike detection. Applying the method to real epileptic EEG, expected results were obtained.
