Gao Yang was born in 1983. He received the M.S. degree in electronic engineering from Dalian University of Technology, in 2008. He received the B.S. degree from Tianjin University in 1983, the M.S. degree from Dalian University of Technology in 1993, and the Ph.D. degree from Southeast University in 1996, all in electrical engineering. He is currently a professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Dalian University of Technology.
