油液分析和振动分析技术是用于自行火炮齿轮箱的两大有效状态监测技术,但在实际监测中,这两种技术是分别应用的,故障诊断结论受试验方法和诊断水平影响很大,容易带来漏报和误报。如果将这两种信息进行信息融合,将极大提高诊断的精度和可靠性。通过建立试验台架采集油液分析数据和振动信号,然后通过提取这两种信息的特征参数,采用D-S证据理论对上述两种信息进行融合,得到更为准确的状态信息。通过试验证实,该故障诊断方法能够有效检测自行火炮齿轮箱故障,有较强的工程应用价值。
Oil and vibration analysis technology are two kinds of effective condition monitoring technology widely used in self-propelled gun gearboxes. However in actual monitor, these two kinds of technology were usually used independently, so test method and diagnosis level have great influence on fault diagnosis conclusion, and it is easy to lead to mistakable to report and fail to report. If fusing these two information, fault diagnosis accuracy and reliability can be greatly improved. A type of gearbox test stand was built up to collect oil analysis data and vibration signal, then by means of abstracting characteristic parameters of these two information, these two information were fused by use of D-S evidence theory to obtain more correct state information. The test results proved that this fault diagnosis method can effectively measure gearbox faults of self-propelled gun, and it has higher engineering applicable value.
