In order to decrease and avoid the damage of composite material, it's necessary to research the damage mechanism very well, and it's also useful for repairing, this article research the damage mechanism from 5 different sides, start with materia, design and structure,with the method of meso damage mechanics. When testing composite material, the theoretical analysis should be done first to find the place where the damage is easy to happen, then using the acoustic impact testing method to verify the result of theoretical analysis. By combinating the method, the efficiency and precision of the acoustic impact testing method are all increased.
