针对传统加权中值滤波器在中心像素的权值选择上难以确定的问题,提出一种简便的改进型中值滤波算法。综合灰度图像的聚集特征和空间特征,构造图像的二维熵,结合传统加权中值滤波算法,设置滤波算法流程,通过观察图像二维熵的变化,合理改变中心像素的权值,以达到对噪声图像进行适度地平滑的目的,既滤除噪声又较好地保留了图像的细节。实验结果表明,新的滤波算法优于传统的中值滤波算法。
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for traditional weighted median filter to select a proper weight of central pixel,a simple improved median filtering method was introduced.The 2-D entropy of the image was constructed with the integration of accumulation feature and spatial feature of gray image.In conjunction with the traditional weighted median filtering algorithm,we set up the filtering algorithm flow.By observing 2-D image entropy’s variation,the weight of central pixel is reasonably altered to achieve the purpose of appropriately smoothing the noisy images,thus the impulsive noise is filtered whilst the fine details in the image are reserved.Experimental results showed that the new filtering algorithm outperforms the traditional median filtering algorithm.
