以国际经济与贸易为侧,围绕充分挖掘职业技能大赛对专业技能教学改革的积极意义和内在价值的研究目标,通过对典型工作岗位工作任务、职业能力和素质要求进行分析,研究技能大赛项目的技术规范、岗位要求,构建技能大赛与专业技能教学体系改革的“赛教互促”机制,创新“双核双化”专业课程体系及实践模式。
This paper,taking international economic and trade as a case, explores the active meaning and inner value of career skills contests on professional skills teaching reform as research target, and through the analysis of tasks, career capacity and quality requirements of typical work post, researches the technology specification and post requirements of skills contest project, and builds "mutual promotion between contest and teaching" mechanism for the skills contest and professional skills teaching system reform, innovating "duo core" professional curricular system and practice mode.
