借助OH^-对铝片的腐蚀作用在水溶液中制备了金属铝纳米颗粒,考察了OH^-浓度不同对产物的影响,用高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)等测试手段对产物做了表征.结果表明:通过该方法得到的铝纳米微粒是由多个铝微晶通过Al(OH)J胶凝而成,外形为类球型,颗粒大小可以通过OH^-的浓度来控制.此外,对铝纳米颗粒的形成机理进行了考察.
Aluminum nanoparticles were prepared in aqueous solution by virtue of corrosion effect of OH^- on aluminum foil. The product was characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), x-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and so on. In addition, the influence of OH^- concentration on the product was investigated. The results show that the as-prepared spherical aluminum particles are composed of several aluminum microcrystals; their size can be tuned to the different concentrations of OH^-. Finally, the presumable formation mechanism was proposed.
