利用MHK-500型环块摩擦磨损试验机分别考察了MoS2与石墨对聚四氟蜡/聚氨酯复合涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜观察分析了涂层磨损表面和偶件上转移膜的分布情况。研究表明.MoS2与石墨的加入使聚四氟蜡/聚氯酯复合涂层的耐磨性提高,但对摩擦系数影响较小,并且添加MoS2的聚四氟蜡粘接涂层的耐磨性要优于添加石墨的聚四氟蜡粘接涂层。同时,负荷和速度对添加MoS2与石墨的聚四氟蜡/聚氨酯复合涂层的摩擦磨损性能有很大影响。在高负荷中速蒂件下复合潦层具有较好的耐磨性能。
The effect of MoSz or graphite additions on the tribological behaviors of polyflu wax (PFW)/polyurethane (PU) composite coatings were investigated. The friction and wear behavior of composite coatings were studied on a ring-block tester where sliding occurred under dry friction condition at a speed of 2. 56 m/s under various applied load. The results show that the additions of MoSz and graphite are effective in reducing wear of the PFW/PU composite coatings, but they have little effect on reducing coefficient of friction of the composite coatings. The PFW/PU coating filled MoS2 has much better wear behaviors than that of the coating filled graphite. The friction and wear behaviors of the PFW/PU coatings filled MoS2 and graphite are dependent on the applied load. With the increase of applied load, coefficients of friction of the PFW/PU coatings decrease, but wear life of the coating increase.
