This article analyzed the network heterogeneity and knowledge heterogeneity＇ s impact on new venture innovation in multiple ways, and the conversion process from network heterogeneity to knowledge heterogeneity was also analyzed on the basis of SECI pattern. The empirical study showed that knowledge heterogeneity has positive influence on new venture innovation, and network heterogeneity has a direct influence on new venture innovation as well as a mediating effect through knowledge heterogeneity.
