本文利用CHNS1989—2009数据,利用泰尔指数测算我国高中以上劳动力工资差距以及大学教育对工资不平等贡献,研究表明:我国现阶段工资收入差距逐渐增大、甚至呈现两极分化态势,大学教育是工资差距形成的重要因素,控制了地区、性别、年龄组之后,大学学位解释了工资差距的10.33%,在控制了地带和性别之后,大学学位解释了年龄组内部工资差异的10.07%,在控制了地带之后解释了性别内工资差异的9.5%,总的工资不平等的9.44%归因于大学教育。
Based on CHNS 1989 -2009 and those with high middle school education or more, Theil Index, this paper Estimates the wage gap among it shown that wage income gap in China is gradually increasing, college education is a key factor. Controlling the region, gender, age, a university degree explain 10.33% of the wage gap, explained 10.07% of the wage differentials within the age group in control of the Strip and gender, explains 9.5% of the wage difference, gender within the control zone,9. 44 % of the total wage inequality due to college education.
