根据中国区域1999--2008年的技术创新相关数据,利用空间过滤理论、面板协整理论及包含区域异质效应的随机前沿模型对中国区域创新效率及影响因素进行研究。结果发现:中国区域创新存在着明显的空间相关性,空间过滤可以有效地消除变量的空间相关性进而可以应用经典协整模型来进行分析;考虑区域异质效应的面板SFA模型,其参数估计结果更准确,从而技术效率的计算也更准确;中国区域技术创新效率显现东部高、中部中、西部低的空间分布特征;区域基础设施和区域市场开放度是影响区域技术创新效率的主要的显著因素。
According to data of Chinese regional technological innovation during 1999--2008, and based on the spatial filtering and panel cointegration theory and the stochastic frontier model with heterogeneous effect, Chinese regional innovation efficiency and its influencing factors are studied, reaching the conclusions that, there exists significant spatial correlation among variables in Chinese re- gional innovation for which spatial filtering can be used to eliminate such impact so as to analyze with cointegration model; considering regional heterogeneous effect, the parameter estimation of SFA model is more accurate, so the calculation of the technical efficiency is more applicable; the space distribution of Chinese regional technology innovation is featured by high efficiency in the east, intermediate in the central, and low in the west; and regional infrastructure and regional market openness are major factors influencing the techno- logical innovation efficiency.
